  • 23 years of age or older and have not yet attended college, or

  • 转移 or second bachelor's students admitted to the professional comp一个nt of nursing and graduate students will receive a specialized orientation through their departments, 这是学院要求的.
  • Nursing students are also encouraged to attend 南bound Orientation to prepare for 他们向大学的过渡. 部门简介会包括 limited university information and focuses on the nursing program, while 南bound Orientation introduces students to the university community and resources.
  • Transient and non-degree seeking students are not required to attend orientation, 但可以选择这样做.

In an effort to prepare all of our new Jaguars for their transition to 南, we host multiple orientation 会话s and new undergraduate students are required to attend 一个. Spaces for each 会话 will fill up quickly, so we encourage you to register 尽快确保您的首选会话.

  • After you have viewed your admissions status in the 门户网站, click the "Register for “定向”链接报名.
  • Complete the orientation registration form and submit with payment. 

There is an orientation fee, which is a university fee that cannot be waived and is 报到时需要. 您的注册未被确认 直到付款. 如果你的迎新计划改变了，你选择取消你的 registration, please contact our office directly to provide notification of the change. Dates for our regular Summer 2024 virtual orientation 会话s are as follows:
